We want everyone to be able to discover our delicious gastronomy, so we’re delighted to provide tasty substitutions for most dietary restrictions.
Please notify us of your dietary restrictions upon booking in the “comments” section if you have dietary restrictions. Try to be as specific as possible (e.g. vegetarian but eat fish)
All of our food tours are vegetarian-friendly, but unfortunately, we can’t cater for vegans as it is not possible to serve vegan food at many of the places we visit.
Due to the risk of gluten cross-contamination, our tours are not recommended for those with celiac disease.
Of Course! both our Food Tours and Cooking Classes offer tasty substitutions for vegetarians. Please just notify us of your dietary restrictions when you purchase your tickets in the “comments” section.
We warmly welcome vegan guests on our tours and strive to accommodate diverse dietary preferences. However, we want to be transparent about the limitations in our vegan offerings. While we do have some vegan options, they are more limited compared to our vegetarian selections. This is primarily due to the traditional preparation methods of certain local dishes that often involve animal-derived ingredients. For instance, our popular fried aubergines with molasses from Frigiliana are traditionally soaked in milk before cooking. Similarly, some of our other dishes use chicken stock. We understand these subtleties are important for vegan guests and are always working to expand our vegan-friendly choices. We appreciate your understanding.
Our Food Tours and Cooking Classes serve enough food to be equivalent to a hearty lunch/dinner that will not leave you hungry. So far, nobody left one of our activities hungry!

Our public tours are carried out in English, but are as well available as private tours in French, German and of course, Spanish.
There is minimal location overlap between the Malaga Wine & Tapas Evening Tour and Taste of Malaga Tapas Tour
The Malaga Wine & Tapas Evening Tour and the Sunday in Malaga: Tapas and Traditions Tour share some of the locations and/or tastings so we don’t recommend doing both tours.

Our weather is generally sunny with a few rainy days, but the tours are held rain or shine. We advise you to check the weather conditions for your tour date, dress appropriately and bring an umbrella if necessary.
The priority of these tours is that you can enjoy our gastronomy and get to know places otherwise difficult to discover. So in most of the cases it should be possible, but keeping always in mind the needs of the entire group! If it wasn’t possible, we would get you in touch with the establishment and give you directions to get there, once the tour is over.
For all our activities in Malaga, covered parking is available just in front of the meeting point called Parking Central located in Plaza de la Marina. Here is the link
