Inside a Typical Cave in Sacromonte!
Immerse yourself in our food culture and discover what types of Paella exist, what the most popular (or even surprising) ingredients are.
Before starting to cook, you’ll enjoy some snacks like local cheese or Andalusian olives.
Apart from the Paella we also prepare a delicious Spanish Omelette, Andalusian Salmorejo and Crema Catalana!
We prepare everything with fresh, local ingredients and above all, only natural condiments.
During the whole experience you will be guided by a member of our team, the food-sherpa, who is an expert in our culture and local gastronomy.
And of course, you get to eat it after you cook so definitely make sure you go on an empty stomach!
To top everything off, we select an excellent white wine to go with the paella.
And at the end of the Class, your Sherpa will give you our exclusive Granada Dining Guide, with all our favorite places to eat and drink in Malaga put on a handy map.
