Booking Instructions for Travel Agents

Welcome! To make the booking process clear, please choose one of the following options:

  • First Bookings: Start from Step 1 here.
  • Second and future Bookings: Start here

To make your first and future bookings, please follow the steps below. Pay special attention to the Important Notes, especially the red parts.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Log into your customer area here. If it’s your first time, you need to create a new account here
  2. Enter your details, NOT YORU CUSTOMER’S:
    • First and last name
    • Phone number
    • Email
    • Password

    Important>>> These details will display during the booking process and should not be changed.


Step 2: Make a New Booking

  1. Click on “New Booking.”
  2. Select the tour and date.
  3. Enter your client’s information in the OPTIONS Special Requirements/Notes section at the beginning of the checkout page, including:
    • Name
    • Last name
    • Dietary restrictions
    • Contact details (if needed)

Step 3: Select Payment Method

  1. Choose either Credit Card or PayPal. (Pay later is currently not allowed unless your clients are paying for the tour.)
  2. Enter the discount code provided to you.


Important Notes

  • Each email address is linked to one customer profile. This means your booking may be pre-populated with your previous booking details.
  • For future bookings, simply log in and follow the steps above. Your details will remain the same, but you will need to update the OPTIONS Special Requirements/Notes section with your new client’s information.
  • You can view your past and future bookings in your customer area and make modifications as needed (adding people, updating the Special Requirements section, etc.)

If you need an invoice, please reach out to us. We can issue an invoice for all tours carried out in the previous month or issue them separately.
