Elaboración:

  1. Picamos los tomates, pimiento y ajo. Se puden escaldar antes para quitarle la piel a los tomates
  2. Mezclar en un bol con el pan duro remojado en agua, el vinagre y sal al gusto. Triturar la mezcla con un brazo de cocina o un robot como la chefbot
  3. Cortamos las fresas y añadimos a la verduras, trituramos todo juntoy añadimos el aceite de oliva.
  4. Pasamos por un colador y le  añadimos el agua fría en cantidad suficiente.
  5. Rectificamos el punto de sal y vinagre.
  6. Lo serviremos frío.
