Tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar congelados<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Cortar las verduras en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Calentar la sart\u00e9n y agregar el aceite de oliva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr los dientes de ajo pelados hasta que est\u00e9n dorados. S\u00e1calos y gu\u00e1rdalos para el <em>majadito<\/em><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Sofre\u00edr el pimiento verde y cuando est\u00e9 dorado a\u00f1adir el tomate y luego los calamares.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Cuando est\u00e9 todo tierno a\u00f1adir el arroz y sofre\u00edrlo con el resto de ingredientes un minuto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el caldo (recuerda que para preparar cualquier tipo de paella <strong>siempre se necesita el doble de caldo que el arroz<\/strong> ).<\/li>\n<li>Preparar el <em>majadito<\/em> con la tinta, los ajos reservados y las \u00f1oras, todo machacado en un mortero o en una batidora.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el caldo empiece a hervir, a\u00f1adir el <em>majadito<\/em> y los trozos de pescado.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Cocinar 10 minutos a fuego alto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"\">Luego 7-8 minutos a fuego bajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9jalo reposar 10 minutos tapado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><iframe style=\"width: 120px; height: 240px;\" src=\"\/\/rcm-eu.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/cm?lt1=_blank&amp;bc1=FFFFFF&amp;IS2=1&amp;bg1=FFFFFF&amp;fc1=000000&amp;lc1=0000FF&amp;t=sfspablo200d-21&amp;language=es_ES&amp;o=30&amp;p=8&amp;l=as4&amp;m=amazon&amp;f=ifr&amp;ref=as_ss_li_til&amp;asins=B00G9BUGJE&amp;linkId=ea206b2d89e2d8f91b68bf9ce388b2f0\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, este plato se puede redondear con un poco de <strong>alioli <\/strong>fresco y acompa\u00f1ar de un albari\u00f1o suave y refrescante como <strong>Marieta<\/strong> a un precio excelente.
