Otro dato que debes saber es que tenemos una forma muy particular de\u00a0pedir caf\u00e9 en M\u00e1laga<\/strong>\u00a0, y solo en M\u00e1laga, con t\u00e9rminos y nombres que no encontrar\u00e1s en otra ciudad.\u00a0Es tan caracter\u00edstico que tiene una aut\u00e9ntica tradici\u00f3n que empez\u00f3 en una de las cafeter\u00edas m\u00e1s conocidas de M\u00e1laga, el \u201cCaf\u00e9 Central\u201d<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de la guerra civil era muy dif\u00edcil conseguir muchos bienes como fue el caso del caf\u00e9, un producto muy valioso y caro. As\u00ed que a mediados de los a\u00f1os 50 el due\u00f1o de esta cafeter\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Prado, se enfrentaba a un problema que necesitaba resolver: para poder satisfacer las necesidades y gustos particulares de sus clientes, necesitaba adecuar cada uno de los caf\u00e9s servidos agregando en ocasiones m\u00e1s caf\u00e9 o sobr\u00e1ndole, lo que result\u00f3 muy costoso.<\/p>\n

Las preferencias eran ilimitadas, variando la proporci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9 y leche de un cliente a otro. Pero detect\u00f3 ciertos patrones que le ayudaron a crear sus propios t\u00e9rminos para cada combinaci\u00f3n posible, identificando y organizando as\u00ed los gustos de sus clientes.<\/p>\n

El resultado son 9 expresiones para pedir caf\u00e9 desde \u201cnube\u201d con muy poco caf\u00e9 y mucha leche, hasta solo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

De este modo se pod\u00eda saber exactamente cu\u00e1nto caf\u00e9 preparar, sin que sobrase nada y los clientes encantados tomando el caf\u00e9 exactamente como les gustaba.<\/p>\n

Los t\u00e9rminos que invent\u00f3 son los siguientes, comenzando por el que contiene menos caf\u00e9: nube, sombra, corto, entrecorto, mitad, expresso solo corto, semi largo, largo y solo. La d\u00e9cima expresi\u00f3n que se muestra en la foto de arriba No me lo ponga es una broma porque se dice que menos de una nube ya no es caf\u00e9.
\nPor ejemplo, si buscas uno cremoso con solo un toque de caf\u00e9, te recomendamos que pruebes el sombra, porque es solo un poco de caf\u00e9 (20%) con mucha leche (80%). \u00a1Delicioso!<\/p>\n
