No solo es conocido en todo el mundo, sino que es un verdadero icono culinario .<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">El origen de la paella, como todos los platos de la cocina popular de una zona, se encuentra en la combinaci\u00f3n de elementos e ingredientes que las gentes ten\u00edan m\u00e1s a mano en su entorno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Esto explicar\u00eda por qu\u00e9 una de <strong>las Paellas m\u00e1s populares es la mixta con Pescado y Marisco<\/strong> , ya que en la costa de Valencia (de donde proviene la Paella) estos son los ingredientes m\u00e1s frescos y accesibles.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Por otro lado, el interior de esta regi\u00f3n est\u00e1 lleno de ricos huertos y lagunas de agua salada (\u201calbuferas\u201d). De hecho, aunque con\u00a0 ciertos matices, se cree que la Paella original naci\u00f3 en el siglo XVIII y los ingredientes, adem\u00e1s del arroz no eran m\u00e1s que anguilas, caracoles y jud\u00edas verdes, que era seguramente lo que m\u00e1s a mano ten\u00edan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Con la crianza de gallinas y la abundancia de conejos, estos ingredientes se fueron imponiendo para dar lugar a lo que hoy conocemos como la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spainfoodsherpas.com\/es\/paella-valenciana-la-receta-tradicional\/\">Paella Valenciana Tradicional<\/a> . Pero hay otros elementos aut\u00e9nticos y especiales como el garrof\u00f3n o\u00a0 jud\u00eda lima, adem\u00e1s de especias como el laurel, el tomillo, el romero o el <strong>azafr\u00e1n<\/strong> . el doble de la cantidad de arroz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-4 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-padding-top:10px;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:50%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:3.84%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#bc503e;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-1 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-clock far\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p><strong>Prep:<\/strong> 30 min<br \/>\n<strong>Cocinado:<\/strong>30 min<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-utensils fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p><strong>Raciones:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h3><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Verter medio vaso de aceite en la paellera y en otro fuego hervir en agua con sal los mejillones y las almejas hasta que se abran.<\/li>\n<li>Fre\u00edr ligeramente los pimientos rojos cortados en tiras, sacarlos y reservar.<\/li>\n<li>Con el mismo aceite se fr\u00ede a fuego suave la cebolla picada, el ajo y el pimiento verde.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e1 la verdura un poco hecha, se incorporan los tomates pelados y picados.<\/li>\n<li>Tras un minuto incorporar la carne de cerdo y el pollo, todo en trozos peque\u00f1os sazonados con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Rehogar todo hasta que la carne est\u00e9 casi tierna y a\u00f1adir los calamares.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9n tiernos se incorpora el arroz, removiendo para que el grano se mezcle bien.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n se le a\u00f1ade el caldo caliente que tendr\u00e1 que ser dos veces la medida de agua (se puede utilizar el agua filtrada que sirvi\u00f3 para hervir los moluscos o un caldo de pescado).<\/li>\n<li>Ahora dejar que hierva fuerte durante cinco minutos, a\u00f1adir el machacado de azafr\u00e1n, pimienta, ajo, perejil y vino blanco seco.<\/li>\n<li>Esperar un poco para que se mezcle y probar y rectificar de sal, si fuera necesario.<\/li>\n<li>Reducir el fuego para que hierva suavemente diez minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Pasado el tiempo poner por encima los mejillones y las almejas, poner tambi\u00e9n las gambas (lavadas y crudas) y las tiras de pimiento rojo.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar hervir Lentamente cinco minutos m\u00e1s y apartar del fuego.<\/li>\n<li>Ya apartada, es conveniente dejar la paella en reposo durante cuatro o cinco minutos antes de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":19549,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[513,522,520],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21339","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-gastronomia-y-vinos-de-espana","category-paellas","category-recetas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Receta de Paella mixta de carne y marisco<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Recetas de Paellas hay much\u00edsimas, tantas como ingredientes disponibles.
