Entonces, como te puedes imaginar, el arroz, que los \u00e1rabes introdujeron en Europa en el a\u00f1o 800 DC, es clave para una buena Paella valenciana. Al igual que el sushi, debe tener la consistencia perfecta para ofrecer su mejor sabor y textura. Aunque parezca b\u00e1sico, es el pilar sobre el que todo se construye en el mundo paellero.<br \/>\nLa variedad Bomba, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2NtPTpy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">como el t\u00edpico de La Fallera<\/a> o cualquier otra de grano redondo y corto es ideal para la paella ya que absorbe mucho m\u00e1s l\u00edquido y sabores que otros arroces.<\/p>\n<p><em>Una curiosidad que no todo el mundo sabe es que el t\u00e9rmino \u201cPaella\u201d en algunos sitios no se refiere a la comida en s\u00ed, sino a la sart\u00e9n en la que se fusion-text-4\"><h3><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Calentar la paella, a\u00f1adir el aceite y cuando est\u00e9 bastante caliente a\u00f1adir la carne (pollo y conejo, cortados en trozos peque\u00f1os).<\/li>\n<li>Saltea a fuego lento hasta que la carne est\u00e9 sellada y dorada.<\/li>\n<li>El siguiente paso es agregar los tomates (pelados y molidos) y las verduras (lima y jud\u00edas verdes), manteniendo el mismo calor.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que todo est\u00e9 bien frito, a\u00f1adir el caldo, una ramita de romero y calentar todo.<\/li>\n<li>Justo cuando empiece a hervir a\u00f1adir el arroz, los caracoles, la sal y el azafr\u00e1n y quitar el romero. En este momento el fuego debe estar al m\u00e1ximo.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el arroz se est\u00e9 cocinando durante unos 10 minutos, baje el fuego gradualmente durante al menos otros diez minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Consejo<\/strong>:\u00a0 Una vez hecha la paella y todo el l\u00edquido evaporado, d\u00e9jala reposar un par de minutos para que se forme el socarrat o socarradet (costra ligera de arroz caramelizada en el fondo de la paellera) que es una delicia. No la dejes demasiado porque se puede carbonizar.
