Jahrhundert war.<\/p>\n<p>Die N\u00e4he der &#8220;Albuferas&#8221;, die eine sehr charakteristische Landschaft darstellt, macht es m\u00f6glich die Existenz der Reisfelder und bietet somit die perfekten Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung von diesem Gericht. Denn es ist der Reis der der Schl\u00fcssel zu einer guten Paella.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sorte Bomba (wie diese von <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3t0u2pZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Santo Tomas aus Valencia<\/a>) \u00a0ist der Reis der Wahl f\u00fcr die valencianische Paella, da sie viel mehr Fl\u00fcssigkeit und Aromen aufnimmt als andere Reissorten.<\/p>\n<p><em>Eine Kuriosit\u00e4t, die nicht jeder kennt, ist, dass der Name Paella eigentlich nicht das Essen selbst beschreibt, sondern die Pfanne , in der sie gekocht wird!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column Paella erhitzen, das \u00d6l in die Paella-Pfanne gie\u00dfen und, wenn es ziemlich warm wird, das Fleisch hinzuf\u00fcgen (Huhn und Kaninchen, in kleine St\u00fccke geschnitten).<\/li>\n<li>Bei schwacher Hitze anbraten, bis das Fleisch zart gebraten ist.<\/li>\n<li>Die Tomate (gesch\u00e4lt und gehackt) und das Gem\u00fcse (Lima und gr\u00fcne Bohnen) Hitze hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn alles gut gebraten ist, kommt die Br\u00fche hinein (zweimal die<br \/>\nMenge des Reises) und der Zweig Rosmarin.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald es anf\u00e4ngt zu kochen, f\u00fcgen Sie den Reis, die Schnecken, Salz und Safran hinzu und entfernen Sie den Rosmarin. In diesem Moment muss das Feuer maximal sein.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn der Reis etwa 10 Minuten lang kocht, reduzieren Sie die Hitze allm\u00e4hlich und lassen Sie es f\u00fcr weitere 10 Minuten k\u00f6chen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pro-Tip<\/strong>:\u00a0 Sobald die Paella fertig ist und die gesamte Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdunstet ist, lassen Sie sie einige Minuten stehen, damit sie den Socarrat oder Socarradet (leichte Reiskruste auf dem Boden der Pfanne) bildet.
